Very good episode. The dissection of the cognitive errors was particularly useful in highlighting potential pitfalls in my own practice.

Just a small idea – you both know about the different types of cognitive errors so can label and discuss them without thinking. Perhaps it would be useful for the rest of us to have a mini-segment each week where you highlight one particular error and give examples of its occurrance in practice?
